At the Kavadarci store: a diagnosis within 24 hours, screen and battery replacements, and your data moved from your old phone. Repairs under warranty cost nothing.

Warranty

• Two years on everything, with our receipt.
• Bring it to any of the three stores; we send it to the authorised service.
• While a phone is being repaired, you get a loan phone.

Returns

• Bought online, you can return it within 15 days, unopened or with everything that came with it.
• We refund you the way you paid, within 7 days.
• Bought in store, we exchange it if it has a manufacturing fault.
